On its last official night, Boston Calling announced a return of the well-attended (albeit damp) Memorial Day Weekend event.  This time, in September.

Personally, I'm super excited for this. Almost 50% of the line-up is hip-hop or R&B ([Kendrick Lamar](http://kendricklamar.org/), [Major Lazer](http://majorlazer.com/), [Solange](http://www.solangemusic.com/),...[Flosstradamus](http://flosstradamus.com/) kind of.  They've mixed hella beats for Kid Sister, Three 6 Mafia, etc.). Also, most of that is packed entirely into the Sunday show. I've already penciled this 24 hour dance party into my personal calendar.

[Tickets go on sale ](http://bostoncalling.com/tickets)Friday, prepare yourselves.  After this weekend Boston has certainly proved that it has a fever and the only prescription is MORE MUSIC FESTIVALS.

I leave you with some Solange:
