There have been whispers of this day for months now - the big [Phillip Lim 3.1 collection](http://www.target.com/c/3-1-phillip-lim-for-target-brand-shop/-/N-55ji0#?lnk=Other_HP_091513_ESPOT-0|ESPOT-0&intc=1314590|null) in Target Stores and online.  Fashionistas have been hovering at their computers with credit card in hand awaiting the big reveal. And it's no surprise, really.  Phillip Lim's collection has been building momentum since at least Summer 2012.  He's been spotted on style icons [Beyonce](http://www.talkingwithtami.com/spotted-beyonce-in-phillip-lim),[ Jessica Alba](http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2413494/Jessica-Alba-fashion-form-comic-strip-sweater-Phillip-Lim-New-York-Fashion-Week.html), [Kanye West](http://www.complex.com/style/2013/05/spotted-kanye-west-wears-31-phillip-lim-and-balenciaga-in-beverly-hills), and [Solange Knowles](http://www.babble.com/celebrity/solange-knowles-shines-in-3-1-phillip-lim-for-target-ensemble-photos/) to name a few.
